Variety is good
Parking is convient/close. Unlike the Y in Venice. The Y in Venice needs to spread out/not schedule all their classes/yoga/ etc at the same morning hour. Zero parking availble by 8 am every day! People gave to park a 1/4 away in a dirt field to use the Venice after 8 am daily. Palmer ranch, however is very busy but knows how to schedule .

The hours that you are open. Cleanliness of the facility. Machines and equipment are well maintained. Personal trainers are managed closely by the Y. Plenty of parking.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. There is alot of equipment to chose from and it's clean . Its open and friendly environment make exercising comfortable and I look forward to going.
Love the Les Mills Body Pump classes and instructors. Also, your front desk folks always welcome you with a smile.
One suggestion, add an additional morning class during snowbird season.
