I think the programs are tailored for each individual and there are plenty to choose from. I love coming to the Y and wish I could come more. Right now I can’t do any high intensity programs and are grateful for the ones I can do

The group sessions are very good. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Having diverse programs is a plus you can try a variety of exercises.

They are great all year except Kan Feb March and April. During those times it is way too crowded in the class rooms

Everyone is so very friendly. I love the energy when I walk into the YMCA, for a minute, you forget what is going on in the outside world. I LOVE drumming with Deb she is the best!!!
