What do you like about our services?

I really enjoy the classes and the fact that no two are the same. The instructors are great. They know just how far they can push you. They are also great about helping you with your form or giving you alternatives if you need accommodations. The facilities are always clean and well kept.

I like the positive and constructive feedback during class and I enjoy spending 55 minutes where I can focus on myself and getting stronger.

The instructors know us by name and will modify each challenge for us. I have spent a lot of money in the past on personal trainers and I haven't gotten the work out that I get here.

I found the instructor knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot about my body and what I am neglecting in my workouts. I would love to take this class more often, but not sure I can work it into my schedule more than once or twice a week with my present commitments. Wish you had punch cards. Definitely will recommend to others.

I really like Becky's Level 2 class. I like the results I get from Bar Method. More specifically, I like the way I feel, healthy and strong. And I like the way my clothes fit especially now that I went shopping for a new smaller size. :)

I'm totally hooked. I love the class! The teacher tips are like having a personal coach help you get the most out of your workout. The music is great. The space is simple and peaceful. I really like that all levels can be together. I'm just sorry I didn't start it sooner!

I find the workout to be very effective and challenging, but not intimidating even when I feel out of shape after a time period of not exercising. It has really changed the way I look and given me confidence.

Everyone that works at Bar Method is very friendly. They work hard to remember your name and are encouraging/helpful in class. The class times are convenient for people with fulltime jobs.
