I like the variety of the routines. I like the consistency of the level of teaching. I believe the teachers are very aware of the individual student's level of physical ability and are willing to help with adjustments. I believe that everyone at the Bar Method really want their clients to be well and be happy.

The hard work in class definitely helps to sculpt your body. Some teachers are better than others but there are enough classes to choose from. Staff for the most part are friendly.
Do wonder about the cleanliness of the matts and the floor??

The teachers and staff are all fantastic. I love the classes--great workout and nice studio space. My only suggestion is to offer two classes at the same time (in both studios)so that the waitlists are minimized and the classes are not quite so cramped. This would also allow "last-minute" scheduling (I often don't know if I am able to take a class until the day of, and the current system doesn't allow for this type of drop-in since the waitlists are too long).
The workout is tough but the instructors are encouraging and approachable. They make an effort to remember my name and encourage every single person during class individually.

You live up to what your website says about the Bar Method. Everyone I met was very professional, friendly, and personable. The instruction / class was awesome and having someone there to correct posture, etc. was most helpful. My first class was definitely a great workout and I will be back for more ~ torture ~ ha ha! thank you for providing what you do!
Great instructors. I especially like the constant verbal reminders about form.
I like the class itself first and foremost. I find it an effective and enjoyable workout. The instructors are all professional, kind and well educated. And they are always willing to help or answer questions if you have them. The studio is always clean and organized. Personally, I'm a big fan.

Amy at the front desk was super friendly when I arrived and told me what I needed to know, being a first timer. The class was hard but fast paced and fun. The instructor (I'm not sure of her name) knew my name somehow, which was really nice, and kept everyone working hard throughout. Great experience
