The workouts are challenging but actually seem to work. The environment is very nice.
The most important thing is how attentive the instructors are to our form during class and they do a beautiful job. I feel I get an intense yet safe workout. Having a nice place to shower after my workout is wonderful! I love that Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Lotion, etc. are provided as well as fresh towels. This really sets you apart for a totally delightful experience!
I love knowing that in just a few classes I can noticeably tone my body, the confidence I have in the instructor's knowledge and attentiveness to correct form, that I can completely turn my day around by coming to class, after a year I not only never dread working out but look forward to.

I really like the class, good strengthening with out the weights. I also really like the times available on the schedule. Most places only seem to have 6AM then 9AM in the morning.
