I love the workout! It's so efficient and it's always hard - I leave class feeling like I accomplished something.
Mostly the people were very nice, friendly, open, and supportive. The teacher and woman behind the desk showed me around and were vey helpful. However, I hated having to wear socks. It was really hard and uncomfortable for me. I hate sweating with my feet feeling hot and trapped. I dance and so I am barefoot all the time. I spent 90% of the class wanting to take my socks off and feeling trapped. I don't think that should be a requirement they were also slippery when I tried to do push ups etc.
The place felt clean and organized. The teacher was very attentive, remembered my name and didn't hesitate to correct me which I really need and appreciate as I have never done this before.
The staff is incredibly helpful and makes the early morning workouts worth it!

I've noticed a huge difference in my flexibility and how toned up I am - even my husband has taken notice, just from going 2-3 times per week. It's great for all levels and there's always room to challenge yourself even more with every exercise. This has been one routine that I've actually enjoyed sticking to as far as fitness is concerned.

I like that the instructors care about each person doing the moves and stretches correctly to maximize your workout. Your times are also convenient and I've never not been able to get into a class that I wanted to attend.
I like the vibe of the studio- feels more dancey than gym-y!! (I personally can't stand the gym, and I typically HATE working out)

Very specific to the individual- took our needs and varying levels into consideration for a great workout! Instructors are great, very encouraging.
Very effective workout, like that it is simple and effective. Only complaint I have is that yesterday (sun March 2nd) music was so loud I could barely hear instructions over it and had to rely on copying moves from people around me. Week before (my first time) it was not like that and although I like having music I prefered being able to hear the instructions over it so I knew what I was doing properly.

I really like how light and bright the gym is. And I really like Amy as an instructor -- knowledgable, and gives a great workout! I also appreciate being able to lock my things in your lockers. It's a really nice facility all around.

I have been a member for over a year and it has improved my strength in skiing and biking. The 60 minutes of workout is just enough and it has not been boring, even when I attend more than 3 times a week.
good facially - great carpeting/padding. I haven't been to many classes but think that the instructors are well trained and prompt students well.
