What do you like about our services?

The workout is great, as are the instructors. Also, the studio is very nice. The lockers (with keys) and showers help set this studio apart from other pilates, barre and yoga studios.

The workout is one of the best I have ever done in terms of overall toning and calorie burn. The instructors are also very good at prompting good form from each participant and correcting form when needed to insure the best possible results.

I like the following about Bar Method: it is easy to schedule classes, there is always someone at the front desk, instructors are always present and ready to go, classes start and stop on time, instructors are well trained and friendly, and the studio and locker area are pretty darn clean!
