The classes offered are fun and helpful in keeping everyone in good shape
The Y offers many opportunities in a variety of capacities. I would like to see more group exercise classes, such as more Zumba or dance classes offered. Also TRX is so limited to people, even when you register at the exact time.
I would love to see some new classes offered.

I take pickleball classes from Jeff and Tina, they are awesome!!!!
I especially love Veronica's class on Saturday mornings at 8:30. She is the best and really motivates the entire class. She is very upbeat and positive which I love and always shows us alternative ways to do weights or cardio. She is the best!

My membership to this YMCA is strictly for fitness classes. I love the variety you offer.
I wish class sizes could be bigger because if you don't sign up 30 seconds after some classes open for registration you won't get in.
I love your spin classes and rumor has it that the spin room is going to be relocated to a very small poorly ventilated room in the basement and that's a concern to me. I do look forward to not being trampled by the Yoga ladies after a spin class ends when they barge in with their ample 10-15 mins to set up for their class (lol)

1. I would LOVE it if you did child watch on Sunday morning! Please consider adding Sunday morning as an option!
2. I would LOVE it if you offered cycling/other fitness classes during the 7am hour. The 8am classes are too late for me to get home and start work at 9.

Yoga classes are great and lots of PBall time
well it is close proximity to me. the group programs and swim is what I have been using and enjoy them.
I Swim 6 days a week. I think I would go Crazy if that Swim wasn't there for me.

I like the selection of group exercise groups, their timing, and most importantly, the skills and experience of their instructors.
Veronica Brooks is awesome!! Her classes are always challenging and interesting.
Availability and choices of programs offered
There is a lot to offer, but due to my limited ability since spine surgery, I am only able to utilize a few machines that I hope will strengthen the area.

The YMCA IN Melrose is a clean, friendly and extremely helpful organization. Since. I joined I’ve witnessed great upgrades in the physical
plant, excellent staff members, both in the teaching area and administrationaly. The caliber
of the water aerobics instructors is excellent and I look forward to continuing my membership for years.
Friendly staff and clean facilities ( even among all the construction!) Also greeted with a smile and enthusiastic hello at the front desk.
My son participated in sports training with Alex. Alex kept all the kids working hard, pushed them while keeping them safe and keeping the training fun for them! He is a enormous asset to the Melrose Y. He always goes above and beyond to connect with the kids.
