I recently participated in the LiveStrong program which was excellent. Courtney and Jeff were very enthusiastic and encouraging and made it fun. Highly recommend it to other cancer survivors. I also appreciate the chair yoga classes as I’m still recovering from heart surgery but am really looking forward to joining some of the many options for pickleball. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful.

I prefer working out in the early am prior to going to work, so the 6am classes work for me and I also like the sat am class. Love all the instructors too.

I like the community atmosphere. The locker room situation needs significant improvement as it’s extremely stressful before/after class with everyone going through the narrow family locker room and no available changing space for a cold and wet toddler.
Jessica was an amazing instructor for the LGI recertification. The facility was clean and the lifeguard was attentive. What more could I ask for?
Great variety of programming. Classes are so popular that it is often very difficult to get into them so hopefully more classes will be added when construction is complete.
Seems to be well organized, well run, and my daughter loves her swim instructor.
Staff is very good. Owen is awesome with my kids and I think if a child feels comfortable with the instructor, they will be more comfortable in the water.

Bea is awesome! She keeps us moving in a fun and safe way. There are many days that I feel like skipping a work out but the thought of Bea's class gets me going and in my swimsuit. She explains all of the exercises and why we are doing them and how we should do them as to protect our joints. Her classes are for the young and the young at heart . All of us love her and the Y wouldn't be the same without her! And she always puts a smile on our faces!
My son takes the mini all stars class and coach Alex is great with him and all the participants! He is patient and encouraging.
