The Franklin Dogtopia gave my 13yr old Beagle a Spa treatment. Shortly over a hour later he was clean and smelling great. The staff were attentive to his needs.

The staff and management, especially Sam, cares for my dog. My dog has been going to Dogtopia since she was a few months old and she’s now four. She’s happy to get dropped off at Dogtopia and gets plenty of playtime with her pup friends. I’ve boarded her at Dogtopia multiple times and always know that she is well cared for. I’m grateful for Dogtopia and how they help me keep my dog happy and healthy!

I like the ease of making an appointment for daycare. The facilities are very clean which is important to me. The staff seems to be very friendly and caring towards the dogs. I like the various activities that are offered - it seems that there are so many different things happening each month.

I love how everyone I encounter seems to love our babies and enjoys their job. As a helicopter dog mom, I appreciate the cameras and being able to check in throughout the day by calling. The internal communication has really improved which makes my life so much easier, thank you. I also love the curbside option, as someone that works 12-13 hours shifts between drop off and pick up. It’s a life saver when I’m really tired after work. The rates are great, and I even saw one of the staff blowing bubbles for the pups which was so cute. All in all, I’m super satisfied. My baby is safe and active all day, gets time to decompress with a nap, and comes home exhausted. Thanks, guys!

I also love the creative activities and photos that are available. The staff always gets a great picture of my pup who generally does not like getting her picture taken!

Everyone who cares for my dog takes such care. They are really special. I'm afraid to name names as I will leave someone out that deserves mention. The most important things to me are my dog is safe, he is loved and cared for, and he feels safe in the environment. I get all of that and more at the Norwell location!
