We use DogTopia in Elsmere, DE. Since we traveled to Mount Kisco, NY we decided to try DogTopia MK. The GM in Delaware was able to transfer all the info on our dog and the process was very easy once we arrived at the Mount Kisco site. We even got a tour of the site. Great service. I was very happy with the services from Franklin Village Dogtopia. My dog was well taken care of . My only concern was that she had bloody diarrhea the day she came home. It could have been from some anxiety or barking a lot. I'm not sure, She was fine by the second day home.
