I like that you have cameras and can check in on your dog, but it would be nice if they were always working. A lot of times when I log in they are either unavailable or frozen. I also like that all the employees I met are very helpful and friendly.

We have a cocker spaniel who is very anxious & loves people so we love the fact that some wonderful person is in the room w him. He follows that person around the whole time.

My pup doesn’t love being alone and she struggles with separation anxiety. Of course, she also isn’t a fan of being with a pack of dogs either. The coaches at Dogtopia Tysons know just how much interaction my dog can comfortably tolerate. It is reassuring to know that they are focused on every dog’s individual needs! I also enjoy being able to catch a glimpse of my dog on their video feeds. And I love that I can ask for a bath or nail trim to happen during daycare hours, saving time for other tasks the rest of my week!
I had my first experience with Dogtopia last week and have already referred 4 people! The staff is AMAZING! Super knowledgeable about dogs, but also intuitive to the needs of my pups. While my dogs were having their temperament assessment, Anaise (forgive the spelling) went through the various programs and pricing. My boys were awesome and Larissa, who conducted the assessment, gave a detailed report about their reaction and behavior. They ended up staying for the afternoon and had SOOOO much fun! I know this because I was sent a link to the playroom and could watch them in real time! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to socialize their dogs in a safe and caring environment.
This place make a big impact in my dog life . She love the day care and by the web cams she always having fun with the different activities, But the most important thing for me is the staff . During a cruise vacation they kept me informed about my fur baby they emailed me on a regular basis with pictures of how she was doing.im aware that was a stressfull few days for her but was more stressful for me ,however the staff gave me calm and peace while I was on vacation and she enjoyed her vacation from me as well totally recommend it
