This was my dog Luna's first time boarding and doing daycare at Dogtopia of Chester Springs. From my inital phone contact, to Luna's meet and greet, phone calls with questions and to see how Luna was doing, to pick up, all of the staff were so professional, helpful, friendly, and caring. I love that Dogtopia provides so many hours of play groups everyday, as well as other individualized services for the dogs. It was great that bedding was provided on request for her suite. Special touches like providing dogs with turkey meatballs at lunchtime if requested were above and beyond! Many thanks to the general manager Becky, as well as to Bailey and all of the staff there who are so enthusiastic about their work, so helpful, and really made Luna feel welcome!! We have been using Dogtopia of Chester Springs since we got our Labrador Retriever five years ago. They have always taken exceptional care of him, and it is obvious that he loves it there. You can tell that the Staff cares about the dogs and they are all very good at their job. They not only keep the play fun and safe for all the dogs, they also notice things that are out of the ordinary and make the owner aware. I fully trust my dog in their care, and I highly recommend Dogtopia of Chester Springs.

If you were able to add grooming services, i.e. clipping/cutting, it would be a onestop shop for me.
The staff are all incredibly friendly and kind. I trust them to take care of my pup. And my dog absolutely loves going! He runs through the door to say hi to everyone!

Friendly staff that really like the dogs. There are several staff members that hug my baby girl and give her attention. She is currently 3 and has been attending Dogtopia since she was 5 months old. Still gets excited when we are at the light about to turn into the parking lot.
The employees working at the Brick Dogtopia are exceptional They care for the dogs and I have no worries leaving my precious pet with them. I am hesitant to let her visit pet daycare places like Dogtopia in Florida, but Madison is in love with the Brick location and I trust the people who care for her which of course, is a huge part of why any pet parent would trust their precious pet to a sitter/ day care.
