I love our Local Dogtopia in Chester Springs. The satff go above and beyond to make your doggy feel like part of their family.
I have been going there for almost 9 years and would highly recommend them.
You welcome each dog by name and with enthusiasm; the dayroom is big and clean with various short tables for the dogs to jump onto and some toys for the dogs to shake; and I really appreciate the TVs in the entry where I can watch as my dog is welcomed into the dayroom by all the other dogs—it’s amusing and heartwarming.

Dogtopia has always been my first choice for boarding. I appreciate the time they take to make sure all dogs are happy, comfortable, and healthy. They truly care about the dogs! The staff is pleasant and will answer all my questions.

I like that Dogtopia opens at 7:00a and closes at 7:00p. How convenient.
The one thing I’d like to see is more activities for the dogs. It seems like the dogs just stand around, maybe chase each other. To be honest, they look bored.

Well my dog has already broken my cheekbone because he is so excited to be there and he genuinely loves being there even if he just stares everyone down. Everyone is also the best and truly cares for the pups. I've been told if my dog goes missing its because the staff there has stolen him because they love him so much. That means alot to me because he is just full of love and not everyone loves him as much because he is a deaf lab pittie mix so he can be alot all at once.
I go there to have Sam cut my dog's nails. She is amazing! I have 3 dogs will all different reactions to the trims. 2 of them do well but my 1 guy makes of of the good ones and is very bad. Even under medication he throws a fit, must be restrained, and scratches. Sam takes her time, is gentle, patient, and works hard to cut his nails quickly and efficiently so he's under the least amount of trauma. We are working together to get him to a place that he will tolerate the trims and I appreciate that. Over the years I have tried to find someone to help me do that and it hasn't gone well. She is the first person and I am grateful she is in the area.
