Love the extra help keeping my dog well. Everyone loves all the dogs like they are their own.
We’ve been taking our pup to Dogtopia Stamford Downtown for overnight stays during the holidays the past two years, and are extremely happy with the care provided by their team! Special shout outs to their manager, Alex, and team members Sarah, Maddy, and Ramon. The team gives great attention to the details of our dog’s diet, making sure she gets all her regular supplements, and the live webcams in play areas let us check in from afar when we miss her. Recently, we needed to do a couple of training sessions with our dog in the middle of her stay, and the team was not only accommodating, but extremely encouraging—offering us training tools to use during our sessions and making it easy for us to pick up/drop off our pup before and after her trainings to continue her stay. No question, we would highly recommend this location and their services to any pet parent looking to book quality, overnight (and day) care for their pups.
I like being able to view my dog on the app and make appointments. I also know my dog loves it there and comes home happily exhausted. The staff is quick to respond and takes phenomenal care of my dog when I’m away on vacation. Love the personal pet time option (especially receiving a picture/text of my dog) and having spa services available is also a plus.
I love that the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. I know for a fact when I walk out the door my dog will be very well taken care of.
Employees greet customers with a smile. They are polite and answer questions well. I like that the dogs are in one room in a group vs individual playtime.

I mainly love how much Tucker enjoys himself! He sleeps so soundly after too which never hurts! The flexibility is wonderful and super convenient that you offer grooming/nails etc.
Our pup Ella has had wonderful times both times she has been there. I like having someone in the room with the dogs to help break up the humpers :)

We had a great first visit here. Charley played for about 5 hours after passing the temperament evaluation. It was fun to watch her on the cameras interact with the other dogs. The staff was very welcoming and everything in the facility was clean. The monitor they use to track each dog’s activity level is amazing and very reinforcing of how beneficial the exercise and socialization is for each dog.

The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable. They're always accommodating and willing to go above and beyond. It's apparent they love their job and our dogs! I also appreciate the hours they are open, 7am-7pm seven days a week. Thank you Taylor and staff!
