I liked the attentiveness when I came by for a tour and the detailed information provided to my questions. I also like the ability to see my pup via the Dogtopia app on my mobile device. Overall, the staff is very courteous and kind to my pup which gives me comfort in knowing he will be taken care of while at Dogtopia.

I loved the service but when I asked how much do I have to pay for my dog to stay. The staff told me nothing. I had the free one day when I came back to get my dog another staff was there and told me I owe $27.00 dollars. I told her the other staff told me I had a free day
We like that we know our dog is safe and well taken care of. Being able to check on him during the day with the cameras is a great added bonus. Plus he loves going! Being able to let him play, get socialized and worn out is so great.

Management and staff are all so welcoming and loving to the dogs. They are attentive and listen to any concerns or issues we have and take action right away. They are knowledgeable about how to care for all different breeds of dogs and truly love what they do. We have three dogs that attend daycare, one of whom has gone every day for almost two years! Their hours are great (almost never closed) and are always willing to accommodate any special requests if at all possible. We also use them for boarding and always have our dogs get a bath before coming home. Dogtopia Mt Kisco is truly a one-stop destination for dog daycare, boarding, grooming and everything in between. Thank you Taylor and staff!!
