All of the employees are caring and friendly. It is easy to communicate with them. I take my puppy to day care and I can see how he is like everybody. The second we are in he wants to give everybody hugs and kisses.
The hours are great for my needs. My dog always has a good time. She looks forward to going and is happy when I pick her up.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They really get to know you and your dog. They care about your dogs well being and safety as well as them enjoying themselves. I love that my dog can get Spa Days & all the extracurricular activities they do on Holidays etc. plus my dog loves boarding there.
The employees were fantastic and made us feel very comfortable leaving Bella there for a long weekend. She did great and enjoyed her visit!

The staff I interacted with were all nice and genuinely cared about the dogs. My dog is larger (70lbs) and had some trouble adjusting her first time at Dogtopia. The staff knew what to do to keep her and the other dogs safe. My dog was slowly introduced to the other dogs and as she became more comfortable with the other dogs she started to play with a few. I felt the feedback at the end of the stay was honest as well as self-reflective. A good experience overall.
