Dogtopia New Rochelle is the bomb! The staff are connected with the dogs in the best way possible. The team communicates well and knows the how and when to share information about our pup, Whitaker. We recently changed office locations and travel the extra time / miles to bring our dog to THIS team because they are part of our family now.
Friendly staff that know me and my dog by name when we come in. Thea is always happy and exhausted when she comes home. Safe and clean environment, I trust them with my pupper!
The Dogtopia in Elsemere is always very clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Our dog has a great time when she stays there for the day or a long boarding.

We always receive personalized, exceptional care at Dogtopia White Flint. I have come to know the folks who engage with our dog, and they are all really caring and friendly people. We can't imagine boarding him anywhere else! :)
The staff knows me and my dog very well. The staff are patient and kind with her, a dog with anxiety from her previous life in 3 different shelters before she got to us. I like the video cam so I can see my dog during the day, and see how she interacts with other dogs. I like the boarding services and the spa services. These are so convenient to have at the same place
The team relates very well to my dogs. One of my dogs is a rescue and can be shy and nervous around other people than family. She loves Dogtopia just like family!

Make our doc feel at home
This was my first time using the boarding service. I loved that I could watch them on video while I was on vacation. Loved the NYE pictures they took and shared with me. I don’t love that there is no one there overnight - 7 pm to 6 am is a long time to be alone. I wish there was someone there until 9 or 10
so they could have one more potty break before they are left for the evening. This is my only hesitation on the service.

My pup went for the meet and greet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that I could see Orla in the room with the other dogs - she was having a lot of fun!

We have used all your services and have been happy with the care given to our puppy. We love how he is always welcomed to daycare and for all the love that is shown to him while he is there.
The entire staff has been welcoming since day one and my dog has improved significantly with her social anxiety and behavioral issues.

I like that you are flexible and allow us to have our dog fed three times a day with a combination of dry food, wet food, and all of her medication. She is high maintenance now that she is 14 :-)
The only thing I wish was different would be better camera quality for watching them throughout the day. It is very grainy and you cannot see them if they’re in the back of the room. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

The staff is amazing at Dogtopia! My puppy Marley loved a day of doggy daycare, and we are looking forward to her spending more time there. The facility was very clean, and the staff was not only friendly but also attentive to every dog’s needs. Marley had a blast socializing with the other pups, and it was clear that the staff really cares about each dog's well-being. The play areas were spacious and well-organized, allowing dogs to have fun in a safe environment. I was impressed by how quickly Marley adjusted to the new surroundings, which shows just how comfortable and welcoming the space is. I can't wait for more daycare days at Dogtopia!
