Very friendly staff and can use webcam to check on my dog. I wish I didn’t have to fill out paperwork every time I drop him off for an overnight stay. Still, very good service and trust staff with my dog.
Booking online and dropoff are extremely easy! Every now and then I’m asked to fill out all my emergency contact info again, which seems like it could be kept on file, but other than that it is very efficient!

All personnel greet each dog by their names as they enter the building to go to their rooms. There is always some kind of activity for the dogs. Birthdays are celebrated. Pictures are taken for each celebration to memorialize the event. They are dedicated to make the dog's time there as special and enjoyable as possible. Our dog, Phebie, loves to o and has made many dog and human friends.
The staff is made up of kind animal lovers. I feel that my dog is taken very well care of like part of the family. The facility is clean and the live cameras allow us to check in all day long.

Everyone is so friendly and seem to really love the dogs. I was at ease knowing my dog was occupied all day, rather than being alone and destructive at home. It's a bonus to be able to watch the Webcam. Extra bonus: Daisy came home exhausted!

We love this place!!! Our dog Silas loves Dogtopia! He has made so many friends. The staff are very attentive and always smiling and pleasant to greet!! The feedback they give at the end of every day is so helpful to us. They keep in touch throughout the day if needed. The WebCams are wonderful - they are so responsive and in communication with us throughout the day and even when Silas is not there, they will answer any questions and respond immediately. It is clean and Silas cannot wait to go back when he has a break - thank you so much for taking such good care of our fur baby.
The staff is AMAZING!! I only wish the dogs went outside more often. I understand when it is too hot outside or too cold but not the excuse of too many dogs, my solution would be to go in shifts even for 15 minutes, otherwise I highly recommend.
