3 months ago, I was taken to the hospital by ambulatory. It wasn't sure if I was going to make it or not. But you jumped in and took my dog Zebulon Levi and you care for him and took very very good care for him while I laid intensive care and fought for my life. You never once asked me for payment or anything you only want to know how I was getting along. And you sent me pictures in real time to update what my dog was doing. To me that was priceless. Now I'm back home on the road to recovery and my dog looks fabulous. Thank you
Hours, great staff, webcams and facility!
I recently needed to find a day care for my best four legged buddy to avoid a noisy project at home. He was accepted and stayed to play. Oliver came home happy and tired! A week later I took him back for play days two days in a row. The staff is wonderful and he happily trots to the back with them to join in the fun. Thankfully, he also excitedly greets me when I return. Smiles all around!
Prompt response to questions and email. Awareness of how my dog is. Dogtopia staff are very pleasant and concerned.

I love that when I walk in with my dogs for daycare you actually know them and acknowledge them! Love the updates that are given to me about how my dogs were throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming and I HIGHLY recommend anyone that loves their animals as much as I do to allow Dogtopia to watch over them if needed because this place takes care of the animals as if they are their own!!

Our dog can’t get enough of Dogtopia. She looks like a circus animal walking in the door. Couldn’t be more excited if she tried. All of the nice folks who work at this location are so kind and caring. We love it here. If we could, we’d bring her more often. The hours are so convenient.
We bring our dogs Gigi and Max twice a week and have been really pleased with the experience. The facility is consistently clean, the dogs are well-supervised, and the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly. Sam is an exceptional manager: organized, warm, and she genuinely knows each dog’s personality, which means a lot to us as pet owners. The best sign is that our dogs come home completely worn out and content every single time. That tells us everything.
We have used day care as well as boarding, and our dog is so happy to go in & also leaves happy (& a little exhausted) when he comes out. The staff is friendly & conscientious. Love the full spa treatment.

We’ve had a great experience with Dogtopia of Tysons Corner. Our dog, Grace Michael Jones, absolutely loves it and thrives on the attention she gets. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and communicates really well. We trust them completely—she always comes home happy and tired from playing with her friends.
I love Woodbridge Dogtopia. The staff is amazing and the manager is great! They treat our 4-legged children as if they were their own.
Everyone at Dogtopia of Norwalk is amazing, and have been great to our dog, Teddy. They always take great care of him when he goes there, and it has become a home away from home for him. I always get great feedback for how Teddy behaves each day, and I love how engaged everybody is with all the dogs. It’s an amazing place. Thank you so much for all of your help with Teddy!

Kind thoughtful caregivers, and a clean well run facility.
Very accommodating to change in my schedule. Recently I was hospitalized and staff kept my dog overnight which I so appreciate. My daughter flew in next day and told them about me and they couldn’t have been more receptive in making her and my dog less anxious.I in turn was able to focus on my recovery knowing my dog was well taken care of. Thank you Norwell staff. They are the best!!!

My dog has been going here for 3 years. The staff turnover is really low, they have told me on numerous occasions that they love their jobs, and it’s clear they love the dogs. My dog developed separation anxiety this year and Scott in particular worked really hard to help her work through it. I appreciated that extra love because mornings are super hectic but he took the time to stay with her until she felt confident.
The staff is so easy going, always happy to see Moose! He actually gets so excited on daycare days! They do fun photos and I love getting them! The ease of dropping him in, when life happens it’s nice to have that flexibility!
The staff at Dogtopia are friendly and welcoming. They helped me when deciding to leave my dog overnight at Dogtopia. They gave me lots of details, the flow of the day, their policies. Definitely would recommend to other people. The staff is wonderful.

We feel really comfortable in leaving Coco in DogTopia care - Coco looks forward to being dropped off at the facility (she literally is standing up looking out the window) I swear she knows on how to get to the location - that means alot because that means she is happy. Everyone was so nice. I watched the webcam and enjoyed watching the dogs get singing and dancing performances. The dogs were obviously loved and taken care of.
