I like the fact that Carson Dunlop is a home inspection business only and that it is not engaged in other business ventures that might set up a conflict of interest situation. That sets it apart form other home inspection firms. Having dealt with Carson Dunlop before and with other firms in the same business, I found Carson Dunlop to be more objective and more trustworthy.
