The Inspection Report was thorough, but honestly after reading it, I was overwhelmed by the number of items. I understand the report is focused on deficiencies, but I think having some positive observations will also help in having a rounded assessment.

The links to additional information/resources is good and very helpful. The pictures are also helpful for visualizing and connecting to the text.

I learnt so much from the professional as a novice house owner. The services provided are very detailed and focus. I would strongly recommend house inspection to be conducted along with Carson Dunlop professional's experience. Hal (Carson Dunlop) has been a joy to work with.

Arrived on time...did a very thorough job and Milos was very approachable and easy to talk to. Answered our questions clearly and because of his report, we have decided to get new appliances (except washer and dryer) and have arranged to have our heat pumps replaced. His projected costs were spot on. They were at the end of their life cycle and we have found out that six units in our condo had them replaced last year. Why not do it before we do our renovations, we thought (flooring, painting, bathroom counter tops and faucets). His personal recall report was particularly helpful in our decision making. Well worth the expense.
