Milo Petrovic is very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain both the minor and major issues that he found during the inspection. The report was prepared and delivered on the same day. It included a Recall Chek which was very helpful and gave me some peace of mind.

When I called Milo the next day to clarify an issue in the report, he returned my call promptly and answered my question. I was able to use the home inspection report to request a price reduction on the condo I purchased.

I would not hesitate to recommend Carson Dunlop to friends or colleagues and I would encourage them to ask for Milo specifically, if possible.
