Very thorough and detailed. From the age of the roof, the type of shingle, down to how to change the filter in the furnace. We learned a lot we wouldn’t of known if we hadn’t had a home inspection. They have a lot of additional services for when you do take possession of your home if you want a more in-depth investigation.
Sheila was amazingly patient, knowledgeable and friendly. A very thorough detailed report with explanations. Loved the introductory video on the website. It was the video and seeing Sheila in it that made me feel comfortable choosing Carson Dunlop even though it is more expensive than other home inspection companies.

I only put a review when I put a bad review if I receive poor service. This is because I customarily expect the service to be as good as the money you pay, and good service does not fundamentally require a review. But the service I recently received from Carson and Dunlop baffled me. I'd never seen someone who cares so much. Josh Natovitch, who performed the inspection, showed up just on time. He was a gentleman, professional, and extremely friendly. So I told him that we are first-time home buyers and don't have any experience with buying a house." But I didn't know that he would put on 3 hours of extensive course and explain to us every detail about the house, teach us how to take care of the house, and come to the attic and explain every dang detail.
I am not sure if this is how everyone in this company performs, but if I want to use their service ever again, I will explicitly ask for Josh, and I know I will not be disappointed.
This service is what I call "a service well worth."
