Hal Woolley is a Carson Dunlop gem! He was friendly, professional, polite and incredibly knowledgeable. We had a millions questions as first time owners and he patiently answered them all. His methodology is thorough and concise. He talked through what he was doing and why and explained any issues, big or small as well as the positive things about our home.
The report is so thorough and the price indicators, suggestions and level of concern that will help us prioritize and manage the things we need to address.

I was told by my agent that purchasers do not always pay for a home inspection when purchasing a condo. I considered not doing it for a moment, but I am really glad I did.
