Excellent customer service. Since I live in a town that doesn’t have a Big Frog store the Brooksville staff worked with me so that I could have my shirt ready for the Gasparilla Distance Classic. With one phone call and a couple of emails my shirt arrived md it is perfect. Thanks again.

What do you like about our products and services?

The staff answered every question and suggestion clearly and quickly. Their knowledge of design layout, product material and compatibility was perfect. They were quick to make suggestions on the style of shirt and help me determine what color shirt would be the best choice in order to make the black and white photograph of my father pop off the shirt. They explained about washing and care of the shirt to make the photo a long lasting image. We looked at font styles, color styles, straight script,arched script and so much more. Their personalities shown through and made me feel as if I was the most important person in the store. They delivered as promised and I know my dad will be thrilled with his birthday gift.

I came into the store with an urgent request. The person that waited on me was personable and helpful. She was eager to help and even went above and beyond to get my shirt done same day. I wasn’t expecting it until the next day. I will be going back for any custom shirt needs I have.

The final result was perfect! Loved the design and how it transferred to the T-shirt.

My overall experience was AMAZING!! I lost my dad and due to the fact, his remains were being cremated, he wouldn't be a part of the processional.. That didn't sit well with my spirit, so I thought about having his picture placed on car flags, similar to the sports logos.. I had a vision and they brought to life.. I called on a Friday and I received an email Saturday morning saying my order was ready!! Their customer service and the quality of their product, left me in tears.. I'm forever grateful to all the employees that helped make the saddest day of my life, the most fulfilled one.. I know my daddy was smiling from ear to ear!! Once again, Thank You ALL
