I liked when I sent a request for a quote online, a real person sent me a detailed email. I was afraid it would be an AI chat bot that didn’t understand my request but it was a real person that responded in a timely manner. The team at Big Frog of Avon rushed a last-minute business order for me. They were able to screen two long-sleeved black t-shirts, front and back. They did so during the busy holiday season and they did it while displaying a friendly, professional demeanor.

The customer service in the Woodbury location is great! They were extremely helpful on the phone, sent the mock-up when promised, and were beyond friendly when I picked the item up. I had a short turnaround time and they were able to make it happen. I will be coming up with excuses to order more items for sure!
