Staff is great, teachers are very friendly & do a great job instructing classes. One thing I value most is that instructors walk through movements to ensure everyone has proper form to protect their bodies & further their practice. Online site is a plus too, easy to use & very convenient .

The instructors are excellent, and it is a friendly environment.

Schedule works well for me with an early 6 and 9:30 classes. Wish one started at 6am.

I like that the studio is very focused in it's purpose and a small/boutique. It feels like a place to focus inward without distraction.

Love the classes and instructors. Everyone is friendly and the studio is clean and well maintained.

I have only taken class with Ginger and Casey but find them to be extremely accommodating in their yoga practice and create a fun, focused and intensive practice.
Additionally, the location on top of QA is a major factor as I can get to it quickly.

A last piece of feedback, I like the diversity of music within each class.

I like power yoga so it's nice that you have so many times available during the week to do it. Great instructors. Very cool vibe in general.

I thought the people were very friendly. Plus, you can take the class at your own pace and level of acceptable comfort.
On that same subject , I like the philosophy of taking the journey rather than the destination and going through the right progression by gaining strength to make the pose. This resonates with me. The class was also very motivational. Thank you!
