What do you like about our services?

I'm pretty new to your studio but my daughters have been going on and off for several years so part of my impression is based on theirs. I like your studio because it is a different practice than I am used to which feels smart for my soul and good to my body. Your teachers are excellent - so very obviously living what they teach. They are motivational and inspirational. There is a warmth to the studio vibe that isn't just about the temperature, though that feels great on these cold winter days!
I plan to split my practice between hauteyoga and Shakti for the nest few months and see if that takes me closer to teacher training. I like that hauteyoga is part of my new year.

-Times that are offered (evenings are the best)

What do you like about our services?

I LOVE heated power yoga set to a thoughtfully-selected music. The class I took there was exactly that, plus beautifully themed and perfectly executed by an exceptional instructor (Jenniferlyn.. or something like that?) A+!

I live in the southend and have been to several hot yoga places and there's nothing that can beat your classes. The room and heat is well regulated and the instructors are the best! It always makes me refreshed body and mind each time I attend your classes.

How I wish you can open a place in Renton. I would be the first one to sign up. Keep up the good work!

JL is the best yoga teacher I've ever worked with. She builds an amazing community and sequences classes with intention and heart. Her classes have made an incredible impact on my life and my ability to practice certain poses has dramatically improved more over the last four months than in the last three years that I've practiced yoga.

What do you like about our services?

I really enjoy some of the teachers, particularly JL and Ginger. I like faster paced yoga classes with upbeat and urban music. I also like the location. I do wish it wasn't as expensive, and don't like how full the classes can get.
