They are very community-driven and authentic.

the high quality of teachers is the biggest thing! i love that they play good music - both "yogic" music and all other types. every class is different. your body gets a total workout and i never get bored because there is always a new asana in each class. great warm ups outside the boring cat/cow/child's pose at the beginning make a big difference to not getting injured. dynamic classes, dynamic teachers, flexible studio, excellent class times and class lengths. i'm able to get in and out, find peace for the day, and continue living a healthy lifestyle! LOVE YOU!

Wonderful teachers with inventive, creative approach to physical and mental aspects of yoga

Front desk person and yoga instructor were friendly and helpful.
Facilities were very nice, although it would be great to have less people per class. It was a bit crowded, for my preferences. That being said, the yoga instructor was DIVINE....so the extra bodies in the room quickly left my mind......:)

Everything! This is my favority yoga studios I have ever been to. I typically switch up my yoga studio every 4-5 months, but I love this studio to much to leave. It really is the best.

I think they should open a studio in Portland, OR. There is nothing like it down there!

Great, welcoming atmosphere.

Casey. She is a great teacher. Her cues are wonderful for understanding the essence of an asana. She is able to teach a multi-level class well which is very challenging. The receptionists are very friendly, and it is easy and free to park!

The intructor was great! I liked the flow of the class and she played great music. A very good class.

I like the teachers I've experienced and their variety of styles. Customer service is very good. The studio is clean and doesn't smell yucky.

I thought the location was beautiful! The practice room was very serene with two doors, one looking out at plants and a backyard. The instructor was enthusiastic, knowledgable and pushed us very hard- she wasn't afraid to answer questions or assist during class. It was a great work out and left me feeling wonderful!!
