Love the teachers. They are very patient and I like how they motivate and support without pushing you too far. I also like the un-intimidating atmosphere. I always feel comfortable and welcome. One of my favorite places to be.

I received excellent service when I called to register; it was friendly and the person explained everything I needed to know. The class I tried was taught by Jennifer Lyn who was obviously very knowledgeable and communicate clearly. Overall, a great experience!

What do you like about our services?

I like the Power Yoga classes a lot--in particular I really like Ginger and JL's classes. I also like the environment. I think the view to the back garden is really pretty and I like the candles when you take a class later in the evening. I also really like the (non-traditional) yoga music.
