The class was great. A little pricey though for a firs time drop in. $20 total for class and mat. Overall great experience though.

The quality of the instruction is very, very good. WIth the heat and exertion, it provides an excellent workout, and often a yoga experience that I can take off the mat and out into the world. I try and come 3 times a week if I can, and would come more often if my schedule allowed me. I don't live in QA, but am willing to drive and park for the experience.

Diverse teachers and class styles
The location is close to where I live and the instructors are all very friendly and the classes actually challenge me. I especially enjoy the power vinyasa flow classes.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially to beginners as I am. Also, the environment created in and out of the studio is enjoyable. I would definitely recommend haute yoga to others.
