This is the best one of all Liz runs it and she is more than awesome. She accommodates everything you need and I have had to cancel last minute and she still has accommodated me. She is awesome. My boys have had several different instructors and one is better than the other they’re all awesome and taught them a lot. We’ve been going here nearly 3 years now and I would recommend recommended very very highly.
Catherine is so wonderful with my son. She truly encourages him to do his best every day. He has so much fun with her. She’s kind and patient!
My 4 of my kids swim here , the location is convenient and the whole staff is always very welcoming and kind. Our instructors Caiden & Javier are so patient with my children. They’ve all made a lot of progress since they started.
The best decision I made was bringing my daughter here so she could learn to swim from the first time. Caterin helped me with the process and she continues to be Madison's teacher and my daughter loves her and learns more and more every day.

We are very happy with safety swim. We have Courtney and Jenna and they both are a great team. My 3 children go at the same time and learn so much. We are very thankful with how far our children have come. Courtney and Jenna are very loving and calm, perfect match for my babies
We have been going to safety swim for years, we have the best instructors, Jenna & Courtney. My kids are leaving their lessons more confident than the last. Our instructors are calm and kind and allow my kids to learn at their own pace. We are very happy with Courtney and Jenna.
My daughter has separation issues, but Miss Jess worked hard to develop a calm and loving relationship with her. Just the past week, she ran to Jess and then pool.
I love how dedicated staff members are to really understanding each swimmer.

I loved the instructor Courtney! I did not like the people at the call center not personable and they really did not make a good first impression.

Miss Evelyn is the best instructor! She makes the whole experience amazing for my little one, he absolutely loves her. We have taken makeup classes with other instructors & it’s just not the same. We highly recommend her classes.
The desk staff are very helpful and professional. Reggie is awesome. He helped me with scheduling and made accommodations to my schedule. Paige also works behind the desk as well and she is also awesome with customer service.

In my opinion the staff at safe t swim is awesome but these individuals that i mentioned do a phenomenal job in representing your organization.
The instructor tracks my child’s progress.
The staff is very helpful and the instructors are very competent and professional.
From the minute you walk In the staff at the front desk greet you and know the child’s name which a such a great feeling of acknowledgement.
When my daughter Ava enters the pool, Javier is ready and greets her, he is very pleasant and experienced.
They make us feel like family and overall I’m happy I choose to come here.
We love Gaby! She has been Ethan and Callie’s instructor from the start and she has been incredible with both, who have totally different personalities. My son was eager to jump into the water before knowing water safety skills and my daughter was cautious and afraid of the water— totally opposite ends of the spectrum, yet she has been effective in teaching both children with patience, warmth, and fun. We feel very fortunate to have met her!
Coach April and Coach Veronica are so patient with the kids. They correct and encourage the swimmers. My daughter has grown so much because of the staff at Little Neck.

My son loves his instructor. She is really good with him. We watch every single session and have witnessed him overcome hurdles with her. Christine is so good that instead of us taking a break during the winter as we planned, we allowed our son to remain on her schedule. We did that so we didn't lose his spot with Christine.

Bettina, Jake, & Taylor are the absolute best with our son Grayson. We love their positivity and passion for teaching him how to swim. We would not be there without them and their dedication to our son, so they should be recognized for their hard work.
staff are attentive and great with parents
the staff is very nice and very accommodating. whenever i have to reschedule they make it super easy. my child’s instructor is absolutely fantastic. she makes my kids look forward to swim every week!! thank you saf-t-swim!!!!
