I've been struggling with lower back pain due to a herniated disc and piriformis syndrome for nearly a year and after one private Pilates session I felt amazing. Loved the genuine concern, patience, and knowledge from/of my instructor to help me with these issues. She really took the time to understand what I'm dealing with and therefore what types of movements I am capable of. I really appreciated how she explained everything to me. I'm very optimistic that I can get better with Pilates and I'm so glad I found Evolve Movement!

variety of classes and styles
I attend only the yoga class on Friday morning or on Saturday morning. Both of these classes have good instruction and are suited for all levels as indicated on your website. I appreciate the $13 for seniors.
