Staff and facility
The staff was very friendly, and my first session was very personalized to my level. I felt in good hands with how knowledgeable the trainer was on my body's limits and how to build a foundation to get to my goals. I'm looking forward to my next session and would definitely recommend the studio to anyone of any level!

Instructor Haley was wonderful ! During my private session, she took time to show me the proper techniques and explained things very well. She was also very good at knowing my physical limitations and movements to help me strengthen my areas of weakness.

I like that all the instructors that I have met care deeply about their craft and deeply about their students.
I like the studio. It is clean and comfortable. I've only taken one class, so far, Rasa yoga, Hayley led the class. She is an excellent trainer for someone new like me. The competency of the trainer's in my opinion is number one in recommending your studio.

I love Laura Nickerson's class! And I love that there's such a variety of different classes throughout the day. However, I think the classes are really expensive so I can't go as often as I would like ($13 for a student class pass is ridiculous! Why is there no option to buy 3 or 5 class passes at a student rate???)

The children's yoga teacher Miss Jennifer has been very kind and patient with First name removed. He is a special needs child that at times requires extra attention. He always looks forward to going to his yoga class. First name removed's Grandma

The attentive instructors who are always finding ways to challenge you. The willingness to accommodate scheduling and the location of the facility.
One thing I do NOT like is that the yoga floor is usually rather dirty. There is always 'stuff' floating around - needs more regular cleaning. Otherwise, I like the facilities, there are great teachers and friendly staff.
