Everything about Evolve Movement-Cameron Village was delightful. The feel of the space is very good, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, the very sweet young lady, Hayley Hedges, that taught the RASA yoga class I participated in, the boutique selection...everything! The RASA class was excellent, felt more like a workshop than a typical class in that the depth of teaching by Hayley was excellent. I think it's great to be reminded of why we do what we do, practice yoga. This class and Hayley do a delightful job of that.
I enjoy the movement that Pilates provides the body. It feels great!

The instructors are highly trained professionals, and the North Raleigh studio is spacious and well equipped for Pilates group classes.

I've only been twice and am new to Pilates but I live it so far. Nicole is great, the equipment is top notch and the studio has a spa like feel to it. I wish you offered more services to working women- more nights of trainers availability after 6. Thanks.
