The outstanding credentials and diversity of the instructors, as well as the diversity of yoga offerings.
I like how the people help you in the individual classes and want to make sure that you know how to do it. Also, how the people at the front desk always greet you and are friendly. Secondly, they take our requests for not using a certain machine or not a certain exercise. Thirdly, how they make sure that the resistance is fine and that you are comfortable. Finally, how they greet you, try to get to know what you are focusing on for doing Pilates or any service,makes sure that you haven't had any kind of injuries that might not be good to do some of the Pilates exercises, that the machines are clean and the facility, finally I love how you have cubbies to put your shoes, purse or anything that you have.

Yoga classes. Emily Tues evenings/Fri early bird (now thursday) and lauren wednesday evenings. saturday morning 9:30 class great too!

Teachers and their variety of talent!! Please more 6:30 or 7 am pilates level 2 classes in Raleigh on Mon, Tues, Thurs or Friday.

The studio space was very nice. You have tons of equipment. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Did not seem to be an "attitude" that you sometimes get at other studios. You have a lovely boutique with fashionable AND reasonably priced clothing! Lots of different options for scheduling the classes needed. All in all it was very impressive! I hope to come back.

I like my yoga instructor at 10 am on Wednesdays - Julie D. She has been trained by my previous yoga instructor - Anusara Yoga - and this style of yoga has worked the very best for me and my body.
