The studio is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. On top of the space being spectacular, Hayley teaches an amazing vinyasa class. Very precise with her anatomy knowledge and alignment cues, which helped me really bring my awareness inwards as I flowed thru class.
I keep returning for Julee Snyder's classes. She is such a quietly strong, encouragaging instructor. Tomorrow I feel confident enough due to her supportive classes to attempt a l1 vinyasa. Can't wait to spread my wings a little more.
Class schedules are perfect with 6am classes. And really like rachelle's class this weekend.
