I loved the class, the instructor was awesome and the facilities are welcoming. The north Raleigh location is 5 minutes from home. I would love to see more offered at that location such as the children's yoga classes and camps. Thank you.
Good classes and staff
I have taken several classes of Stacy's and she is amazing! She is very personable and creates a comfortable environment for new and advanced clients. I truly enjoy her style and look forward to many more classes at Evolve!
The location of the studio is very convenient to my office and the various class times are conducive to my schedule. My first class was with Stacy Spooner and I was sold from that point forward. Her classes are fun and upbeat and I feel myself improving with each session. Evolve rocks!

Connie? is an EXCELLENT teacher.. her afternoon class on Sundays is amazing. I'm a "poor college student" and can't really spend money on yoga when it's offered for free at school, but her class is definitely worth it. I feel super worked afterwards and refreshed, and sore in a good way.

I love evolve and have been going regularly for over 1 1/2 years - however - I have had to branch out to other studios recently due to the reduction in your "after work hours" level 2 classes. I really miss Conni's class. Only option during the week now is Jen's class, which I LOVE - but if for some reason I can't get to it (work out of town) I am now forced to go somewhere else.

I loved the look inside the studio and loved the class I took. The pace of the class and the instructor (Stacy) was very explanatory and helped me as a beginner.
I loved the friendliness of the staff, the variety of classes, the beautiful atmosphere, and the boutique as well! If I lived in Raleigh, this is THE studio I would choose!

P.S. You also need to ask what people do not like or for suggestions. Here is one suggestion - floors need to be cleaned more frequently.

Loved Hayley's class. A wonderful balance of knowledge, skill and humor. A space well held. Boutique looks fab too!
