The man doing the work, Jeff, was very professional. He quickly went to work and was careful not to cause any damage to our property. As he cleaned up after himself he picked up other things where I had been working and disposed of them too. He answered all questions and demonstrated for me so I would know how to make repairs if needed. I would welcome him back if I need more work and will recommend House Doctors.

House Doctors was quick in responding to my initial inquiry to remove our old screened-in porch floor and replace it with deck boards. They know what they are doing and carefully thought through several options to provide the best solution. I was impressed with how clean they left the work area each day. I believe the price was very fair. They work fast and efficiently and I am extremely pleased with the finished product.

Technician Chris not only was honest in telling me exactlly what I needed and not needed, but stayed in touch with me threw out the job. Chris also did very good work. Ed was very helpful and courteous. His scheduling was always on time.

Once the work got started, the job went smoothly. There was a 3 hour delay from the listed start time due to delays in another job. You stuck to the original estimate you gave me even though there were a few minor adjustments to the job.

Service was very prompt! I reside in another state and I needed to have repairs done on my mother’s home. I needed a company that would be able to work directly with me. The work was completed on time and per our agreement. My 89 year old mother never had to worry about anything!!! Thanks for great customer service over 200 miles away!

The contractors are punctual. They are very patient and take their time to explain step by step what they're about to do. They have been honest about the work and expectations. It was very nice of them to lower the cost from the estimate base on their findings.
The communication with House Doctors was incredible! Customer service is very important to me and to say I was pleased is an understatement. They kept me informed every step of the process. Beyond that, the price was very affordable and competitive. Will definitely do business with them again.
