All around customer service was very good to excellent. They were always early or on time which i love. The employee who gave us our original estimate was the same employee who did the actual work. He was efficient, knowledgeable, neat, clean and well spoken. The prices are fair, especially for the toilets we had installed and the work performed met or exceeded our expectations.
