We had attic pull-down stairs installed by House Doctors of McLean. The owner of House Doctors purchased the steps and brought them to the house on the day of the install. The House Doctors staff put in the steps with great care and in the time they said they would. At one point there was an installation decision to make. The crew explained our choices and kept us in the loop throughout. The owner of the company stopped by just to make sure things were going well. The finished job looks great and functions well.
We have lived in Northern Virginia for almost 60 years. Rarely have we had such good service from a repair and installation company.
