The drivers are always helpful. Parking in Premium is the only way to go. Pickup and drop off is more efficient than parking in the back of the lot.

It was easy although I do miss the valet option. I love that we can use a QR code to charge our gratuity to the shuttle driver - easier to get reimbursed for my corporate travel expense.

What do you like about our services?

We didn't have to wait long for the shuttle at all and it picked us up right at our car. Instructions were clear when we arrived to put our hazards on so they could see us. It was very busy at the time and we were lucky to be able to fit on the shuttles due to the number of people.

Efficient service as always. Very fast and easy in and out. Pleasant surprise upon return after the blizzard of February that the lot was very well cleared of the massive amount of snow, and it was easy to get out.
