I always have the best and greatest experience here. The staff are always very helpful , friendly and accommodating . They are always prompt and values your time and presence. And I come out always feeling great pampering myself ! This is the only Vice I have ( great hair ! And getting great products !) I've had facials too and that was also a rewarding and purifying experience. I love coming here ! Ty for being fabulous & constantly keeping us / your customers just as fabulous !

I always have a great salon experience. Everything was an A+. I am only disappointed with the pricing change. The complementary trim was a nice touch, even though I did not always use it. I understand some of the logic behind the change and how it should help someone like me, but it does not. I end up spending more on the services and tips. It makes me question why I spend $50+ ($75+ with trim) a haircut for a guy. So as a consequence, I end up with a hairy neck which I do not appreciate.

I love my new salon. The staff was polite and attentive. The best part was meeting my new stylist. She was kind and listened to my hair disaster story. Best of all I look amazing now. My hair has texture and I look put together. My stylist was hilarious and professional! I will be coming back to her in the future! Love Mark Pardo!
