I recently moved to New Mexico (Rio Rancho) and had tried a different hair salon a few times but was not happy with the results. I stopped in to Mark Pardo on a whim while out shopping and they were extremely pleasant at the front desk and were able to fit me in with a stylist immediately. Jessica Sanchez was outstanding....she cut my hair exactly the way I asked, listening to what I wanted and taking her time to make sure I was happy with the results. She was pleasant and attentive without being overly chatty. I plan to become a regular client and highly recommend both the salon and Jessica.

Skylar is very thorough and works with me to ensure I get exactly what I want.
I appreciated the friendliness of the manager who took the time to engage in conversation and also gave me a hand massage while I was waiting for my appointment. Also, Jamie took the time to explain all of my options for a facial. She was very thorough as we discussed what my concerns were and what I was wanting to address. I was very pleased with the service I received and I will be returning.

I had recently cut my own hair into a short bob that was pretty uneven lol, so I scheduled a cut with Maxine who got my vision for my cut completely. I explained that I wanted an even length all around with wispy layers and curtain bangs and thats exactly what I got. In love with my new hair! :)

Jessica Sanchez was lovely, took time & did a great job.
My experience there is always positive and calming. The shoulder and neck massages do the trick of getting the tension and kinks out. I just close my eyes the tension melts away.

From the moment I entered the salon of Mark Pardo establishment the staff welcomed me with a warm and friendly greeting. Then I was introduced to the hair stylist Sade who took me to here area and we chatted about what I wanted to accomplish with my lengthy curly hair. It was a process to decide what would be the best look and then after a brief massage of my head and neck she then proceeded to shampoo my hair and afterwards returned to her station and began to trim my long locks. She methodically took her time by cutting my hair in sections which was fascinating to watch as my silver curls were getting trimmed. I am very picky about my hair and although I had let it grow to an unmanageable length I was a bit nervous what the end result would be. I can safely say that the haircut turned out to be the best I have had in a long time and definitely recommend this salon.

I always enjoy my appointments with Savannah. She is very knowledgable and instills confidence. Also very good at showing you techniques to take home. She is never too pushy about selling product but is able to answer questions and make recommendations when asked.

Maxine is amazing. She asks what you want and listens to what you want. She also makes great suggestions on what would work and what wouldn’t work for you. She’s also a very sweet and caring person. I won’t go anywhere else or let anyone else touch my hair.

I love this salon because when Desiree cuts my hair she knows what to do without me having an idea or a photo and I trust that I am in good hands and it always looks amazing afterwards.
