I'd never been to this location before, but was mostly enjoyable, well lighted, relaxing.
My only issue was that the young receptionists did not particularly make me feel welcome, nor encouraged me to take a seat to wait for the stylist. There didn't appear to be but one straight chair to wait by the register. other Aveda salons in states where I've lived have always offered me water or Aveda's hot tea. (perhaps they don't make that anymore?) and were more welcoming honestly.
