My brow stylist Amy is always very nice and friendly. She is very accommodating and courteous. She goes out of her way to ensure I am comfortable. She gives me a very high level of outstanding customer service and support. Ms. Cindy the manager is always vey nice and accommodating. She asks me if I need any beverages or anything. She calls me to reschedule if there is an emergency. She is very friendly and courteous. She goes above and beyond my expectations for customer service and support. The receptionists in the front are welcoming and accommodating. Briana, Natalia, Pixie and others are very nice and welcoming. They give me a vey high level of exceptional customer service and support. I like coming to this location. I will continue to support this salon and tell others.
Stylist Rue is the best. Gives an excellent cut. Is very concerned that you are satisfied and always goes the extra mile. The receptionist greets you by your first name and makes very certain you are well cared for.
Cynthia addresses my concerns about by hair, and gives her recommendations, which I truly appreciate- always a good cut for my curly hair!

Brittney cut my hair and as always she did a FABULOUS Job! She had given me a perm about a year ago and that too was fabulous! this time i decided to go extremely short and spiky and LOVE the cut she gave me...............I also want to send cudos to the manager for the wonderful hand massage she gave me!! I LOVE Mark Pardo's and wouldn't go any where else!
