All of it was very nice. The young lady who gave me the complementary 20 minute facial was very nice. The facial felt great. Maddi, who cut my hair did a great job. I have already set up my next appointment with her. It was a nice experience.

I love Rue! My hair always looks exactly like I want, despite the thousand pounds I have of it! Ha! Color is BLONDE as it is supposed to be, and the cut is superb!

Cynthia was great, and the cut is super.
I'd never been to this location before, but was mostly enjoyable, well lighted, relaxing.
My only issue was that the young receptionists did not particularly make me feel welcome, nor encouraged me to take a seat to wait for the stylist. There didn't appear to be but one straight chair to wait by the register. other Aveda salons in states where I've lived have always offered me water or Aveda's hot tea. (perhaps they don't make that anymore?) and were more welcoming honestly.
