I always feel very comfortable at Mark Pardo salon on Coors. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They know me by name and say hello to me when I arrive. I've never had a bad experience.
The physical space is very well considered. The staff are genuine with one another, always professional and pleasant. That might sound trite, but it's actually not intended as such. I am a long time client, and the physical space is as important as the interpersonal exchanges among personnel.
My experience with Sally was awesome! I appreciated her knowledge and advice on my hair. Will be back.

I had a bad experience with a previous salon and stylist, so I called Mark Pardo because I had heard their stylists are very good and they also use the Aveda products, which I love. It was recommended I see Sandra, who is great at doing color, so I booked an appointment. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, and she knew exactly what needed to be done. The end result was amazing to say the least. I have never had a better color experience and left the salon feeling so happy. I am looking forward to my next visit with Sandra, and I can see that they have many other stylists who are just as wonderful. I highly recommend Mark Pardo to anyone who wants to get the best hair experience. I certainly had a great boost in my morale. Thank you Sandra and Mark Pardo!!!!!!!!!
