I like the consultation first and the ideas/expectations shared. I haven't had my appointment yet, so I couldn't give a 10 for that reason. Perhaps after I have service done, I can change the rating.

The personal service I received from the woman at the front counter when I stepped in looking for make-up. I brought my Aveda tinted moisturizer only to find out Aveda doesn’t make this any more. She helped me find a Jane Irredale that was similar to the Aveda.
The personal touch is so important; Jamie is especially gentle and attentive. I book facials with her whenever she is available. She is booked well in advance and well worth my time!

Love the customer service, staff is friendly and accommodating.
Elizabeth did my mani-pedi express and I brought my own Color Street nail wraps/strips. I asked if she can use that instead of nail polish and she said yes, eventhough she's never used it before. She said we'll learn together, that's sweet of her. And she did a good job.

They took the time to really talk about what to do with my color in my hair. They gave me some pre-products to use until I come back from the color correction. The Stylist even rearranged her schedule to be able to get in for my big trip. Now that's what I call service.
