The staff is very welcoming when I checked in for my appointment. Offering coffee or water while I waited. The stylist, Rue, greeted me and took time to discuss my needs for my hair style. I really enjoyed the warm compress that she laid on my neck during the scalp massage. I felt very pampered. Rue did a wonderful job styling my new Spring look. She walked me back to the front of the Salon and offered assistance with products. I said, " Oh yes, I am out of my shampoo ." Rue looked up my chart to see the product that was on my list, then said ," Here it is." I was happy that she asked about my product needs, and of course I bought the shampoo.

When I arrived at my appointment I was having a mild anxiety attack and I apologized to the ladies at the counter if I seemed rude or snappish. The ladies were so understanding and actually removed me from the main area to a quiet location, and a young lady came in and put some lavender oil on my wrist to help me relax. It was so compassionate and thoughtful. I was so grateful for their concern. I actually returned the next day to purchase a gift card for a friend's birthday because I knew they would take good care of her when she went in.
Sally does an outstanding job and is very personable.
Jenna was great. She took the time to discuss coloring options and gave me some much needed advice on a sun screen for the scalp. I am excited to proceed with the coloring next week.
