The customer service is exceptional. From the moment I am greeted when I walk in by the desk staff, especially Santana, to the greetings from the stylists who have seen me over the years, including Ru, I feel like I am important and valued. I am always offered tea or water and my appointment is never late nor rushed. Dez Feathers is a master colorist and stylist, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair after 25 years of being her client! Her thoughtful consultations, advice, and expert skills have made me look and feel my best for a quarter century! Mark Pardo is not cheap, however, for the level of service, quality, and professionalism, it remains a fantastic value. 10 out of 10!!
No matter who cuts my hair I am treated with kindness and walk out with a great haircut. I have been coming for haircuts to the salon on coors for almost ten years and my hair feels and looks wonderful each time.
