The greeting when you walk in and everyone calls you by your name and smiling. Offering you tea, water and/or a hand massage while you wait. My stylist is fabulous and I recommed her to whoever is looking for someone who knows "curly" hair.

Rue is one of the best! She is such a good colorist and stylist. She’s professional and personable. I went to her for several years and then it became a ways too far for me to drive. As soon as I moved back to an area close to Mark Pardo, I contacted them to see if Rue was still working there and was delighted to find she is!

Jade is my favorite stylist! I’ve been going to her over a year now. I have very thick curly hair and she knows how to manage and tame it. I’ve done cuts and full foiled highlights with her. I highly recommend her!
