I do the walking track and warm pool.

Leaders are nice and thoughtful and explain the workout. Love Functional Fitness!! Aqua fitness. I like other workouts as well. And the walking track.

Pikates

I especially like the warm water pool. And the water aerobics classes you have in the evenings on Monday and Wednesday.

I like being able to workout independently to get my exercise in when I want. The staff is wonderful, the facilities are clean and function as needed.

I like the pools and the exercise machines, such as rowing, stair stepper and the treadmills.

I just had a lesson by Jeff on how to use some of the weight machines. He was clear, patient and a genuinely nice person to learn from. I feel much more confident about using the machines and I'm looking forward to building my strength.

Also I took a Zoomba Gold class with Evelyn (?). It was great fun and the instructor kept us moving without having to worry about over stressing my joints.

Everyone that I have met that works at Beaumont has been friendly and helpful. The building itself is clean, bright and a welcoming.

Yoga with Dorian Bailey. I also use the track frequently. It's a nice comfortable place.I plan to take advantage of other classes too.

Very good classes with excellent teachers. A welcoming environment for all ages to gain strength and fitness.

I am so very glad over-crowded functional fitness classes were moved to half the gym!

Personal trainers

Reformer Pilates classes are professional and affordable. Thankful that they are offered through the YMCA.

I love the Monday 6 p.m. spinning class! Heather, who leads it, is the best. She is so motivating and has the best play lists!!

My wife and I are just starting a scheduled time three days a week. We so appreciate the training orientation for the equipment and suggested time allowance for each.

Variety

The staff at the desk was friendly. The Zumba instructor was very delightful and welcoming.

Staff at front desk is awesome. They are helpful and simply cheerful. And, I love the multi-colored pup. The facility is clean as can be. Bathrooms are always clean and custodial service seems great. I just think the facility itself is small considering the large number of people it serves. In addition, I utilize the track each day to walk. I wish some folks would simply abide by the rules. Other than that, I love the Y in Beaumont.

I love the water aerobics classes

I love my personal trainer, Judy. I am regaining some of my lost strength and she always has a workout ready for me each time I come. The facility is great and the machines are always in good working order. I am a silver sneaker so that makes it even better.

I appreciate the staff member who wears a mask.

The social aspect of being with others and developing new friendships while participating in group activities, i.e. pickle ball and silver sneakers
